Pour r\u00e9aliser cet exploit le satellite <a title=\"Elektro-L\" href=\"http:\/\/planet--earth.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Elektro-L<\/a> dispose d&rsquo;une bande passante sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 16Mbps.
